Returns Policy

At PlayWho? we want you to have fun with your order and feel good about shopping with us.

Because some of our items are sourced from different suppliers, we ask that you please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • in its original condition
  • in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, seasonal, and specialty reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. This may include:

  • worn costumes
  • used accessories
  • intimate items
  • clearance or final sale items
  • custom or made-to-order items


Damaged, Incorrect, or Problem Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at playwhohelp@outlook.com

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review it and do our best to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
