Shipping Policy
At PlayWho? we know waiting for something fun is the hardest part.
We work with trusted suppliers to bring you playful, costume worthy finds, which means some items may take a little longer to arrive than standard big-box shipping. We promise we’re just as excited as you are for your order to show up!
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before they ship.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information whenever available.
Shipping Time
Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after they ship.
Because many of our items are sourced directly from our suppliers, shipping times can vary a bit depending on the product, destination, time of year, and carrier delays.
Often your order may arrive sooner, sometimes it may take a little longer, especially during holidays, busy seasons, or major shipping slowdowns.
Split Shipments
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
That does not mean anything is missing — it usually just means your items are coming from different supplier locations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information by email.
Please keep in mind that tracking can take a few days to update after a package first ships. If your tracking looks quiet at first, that’s normal.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an address is entered incorrectly, we may not be able to make changes once the order has already been processed. If you catch a mistake quickly, contact us as soon as possible at playwhohelp@outlook.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Delays
We do our best to give realistic shipping estimates, but occasional delays can happen because of customs, weather, holidays, carrier issues, or high order volume.
We truly appreciate your patience if things take a little longer than expected.
